Three Saint Felix students have been selected to play for the Suffolk Hockey team.

The girls, Chloe Stewart, Georgina Minta and Polly Davies, impressed Suffolk coaches at the recent selection day, hosted by Harleston Magpies. Georgina, who plays for Harleston Magpies, has been selected for the Under 15 group, and as she is aged 14 this has greatly impressed her Saint Felix hockey coach. Chloe and Polly, who both play for Lowestoft Ladies' Hockey Club, have been selected for the Under 17 side.

Director of Sport at Saint Felix and Hockey Coach, Georgina Kingstone, said: "The three talented individuals always play with attacking flair, and Chloe is known for her great crosses from the wings. Many other girls from Saint Felix have joined local teams, which has helped boost the school’s teams further."

"We are all incredibly proud of the girls. Last year we had no county players and it just goes to show the effort put in by both pupils and staff has really developed the standard of hockey at Saint Felix."
