In Clough and Bronte houses, we aim to have happy, well-mannered and confident pupils who are able to enjoy the school and its environment. Children enter Clough House in the year they become eight. The curriculum widens and the pupils benefit from small class sizes and specialist teaching staff.
Everyone is encouraged to achieve their personal best, both academically and socially. Opportunities are given for off site visits and residential trips. Each year the Summer Term Activity Week and annual crabbing competitions are always eagerly awaited.

Children enter Bronte House in the September of the academic year in which they turn five. As some children will only just have had their fourth birthday, half days are available to start with and sessions can be increased as and when the child is ready. Small class sizes and dedicated, fully qualified teachers and teaching assistants ensure that every child’s individual needs are met, both educationally and emotionally.
