The Enhanced Learning Department is an integral part of the school and there are specialist rooms, staff and resources placed according to pupils' needs in the three areas of the school: Bronte and Clough for the Junior School and also in the Senior School.

Learning support is delivered in a number of key ways: advice and planning with class/ subject teachers, teaching assistance within the mainstream classroom, small group teaching and 1:1 individual lessons. Parents are fully consulted and are often involved in helping to set out individual education plans for their child.
