Saint Felix School travelled to Diss and Thetford for an U13 Netball Tournament with a talented team who were left unbeaten during their netball season.

South Lee, Riddlesworth and Saint Felix had entered this year with a fourth team pulling out at the last minute, providing a triangular competition and an opportunity for extended games.

Playing ten minutes each way, the Saint Felix team struggled to remain positive against a strong and well rehearsed South Lee team but upped their game to beat Riddlesworth in a tight and exciting match.  Saint Felix missed out on first place and returned as the runners-up, after enjoying an afternoon of sport with fine weather.

Player of the tournament was Saint Felix student Angela Perez de Herrasti, who fought hard for possession and drove forward to receive passes in an assertive manner.

Ellie Peel, captain of the team said, "I enjoyed beating Riddlesworth and we all hope to do the same when they come to Saint Felix for a hockey fixture soon".
