Saint Felix Under 12s and Under 13s combined to play a 9-a-side game against Bungay Middle School, and returned home victorious.

Playing down the hill in the first half, Saint Felix dominated possession with Olivia Harrod and Angela Perez De Herrasti fighting hard to ensure a constant supply of attacking balls. Clea Turvill and Beth Bandy bombarded the Bungay goal but good work from the Bungay goal keeper limited the score to 2-0 at half time, with goals were scored by Clea and Angela.

In the second half, Saint Felix continued to dominate possession but were occasionally caught on the break by Bungay now playing downhill. The away team stood firm with excellent defensive work by Ottilie Mitchell, Rachel Dennison and joint players of the match Helena Keeble and Tessa Duncan.

The U12 contingent continues their unbeaten season and look forward to their next fixture against Thomas Mills next week.  Saint Felix Coach Tim O'Connell said, ”We continue to build on our previous experience and are using the width to good effect. It was pleasing to see Saint Felix dominate possession and come away with a well-deserved 2-0 victory.”
