Emily Harris, 12, of the Saint Felix School Swimming Club had a successful weekend competing at the National Junior Disability championships from where she returned home with a fine tally of 2 Gold, 4 Silver and 1 Bronze medals. She also achieved Personal Best times in all of her events.

Emily, who has been swimming with Saint Felix for the past 12 months, was up against the top talent in junior disability swimming at the annual event held at Ponds Forge in Sheffield. Age Group Coach, Laura O’Connell said, “These are a fantastic set of results for Emily, she has been working exceptionally hard in training since joining the club last year and she is now reaping the rewards for her efforts.  We are all looking forward to Emily competing at her next event, the Senior National Disability Championships in April.”
