The Saint Felix Soloists' Inter-house Music Competition took place on Monday, 15^th March.

Adjudicator for the evening was Director of Music at Orwell Park, Martin O’Brien

The winner of the Key Stage 3 section was Jamie Minns, who sang Song to the Moon. The runner up was Helena Keeble, who performed John, Come Kiss Me Now on the trumpet.

In the Senior section, Vidas Vaitkevicius was awarded first place for his clarinet performance of Sarabande and Allegro, and Charlotte Keeble was named runner up for her performance of Sonata in E minor 1^st Movement. Hannah Curtis, who sang O Mio Babbino Caro, was awarded a commendation.

Director of Music at Saint Felix, Andrew Jenkins, commented: “I was absolutely delighted with the standard of performances at the competition. I was also very pleased with the quality of the instrumental pieces – we have some extremely talented young musicians at Saint Felix.”
